• Unit reservation is only possible through the official Mashhad Mobleh website with online payment.
• The minimum age for unit reservation is 18 years old.
• The user is required to provide accurate identity information (name, contact number, and national ID) at the time of reservation.
• Reservation will only be finalized after payment confirmation and receiving the final reservation code.
• The capacity of furnished units is specified in the description of each unit, and accepting more people than the allowed capacity is not permitted.

• Check-in time is 2:00 PM and check-out time is 12:00 PM (noon).
• Early check-in or late check-out is subject to prior coordination and payment of additional fees.
• The guest is required to provide valid identification documents (national ID card or birth certificate) at check-in.
• The unit key is delivered at check-in and must be returned to the host representative at check-out.

• Cancellation up to 72 hours before the check-in date is possible with a 10% service fee deduction.
• Cancellation between 72 and 48 hours before check-in will result in a 50% deduction of the total reservation cost.
• Cancellation less than 48 hours before check-in or no-show will not be eligible for a refund.
• Cancellation requests must be submitted through the user panel or by contacting support.

• The guest is required to use the unit's property and facilities responsibly.
• Any damage to the unit or its equipment will be compensated by the guest.
• Smoking inside non-smoking units is prohibited and will result in a fine.
• Holding parties or events without prior coordination with the host is prohibited.
• The guest is required to observe neighborhood rules (such as maintaining silence during rest hours).

• Mashhad Mobleh is not responsible for any valuable items lost in the unit.
• The guest is required to lock doors and windows upon check-out.
• Using non-standard heating or cooking equipment in the unit is prohibited.
• In case of any incident (fire, gas leak, etc.), immediately contact support.

• Additional costs (such as damages or extra services) will be charged at check-out.
• All prices are in tomans and do not include taxes and fees, unless otherwise stated.
